The following items are not eligible for return:

- 4. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

- Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization within 1β2 business days
- 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation
- 4. Include your order number or return form inside the package
- 5. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team
Refund & Exchange Options
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you may choose from the following:
- 1. Full Refund β A complete refund issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days of approval
- 2. Store Credit β Credit applied to your Prestige Dropshipping account, valid for future purchases, processed within 2β3 business days
- 3. Exchange β Replacement with the same or equivalent item, subject to availability, dispatched within 3β5 business days of return approval
Shipping Costs
- 1. Customer-paid returns: Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 2. Damaged or defective items: Prestige Dropshipping will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label at no charge to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
